Rates:

Remote support for Workstations running windows 95, 98, ME, 2000 and XP is $25 per 15 Minutes of support. This equates to $100 per hour. Simple problems can usually be resolved in 15 minutes. Virus clean up averages 1 to 2 hours. These are only estimates and can vary based on your situation.

Remote server support for windows servers is $50 per 30 minute increments or $100 per hour.
