Data Recovery Request
- Recovery of deleted or damaged files
- Recover from almost any media: Hard Drives, floppy disks,
memory sticks, flash drives, tapes, etc.....
- Recovery Starts at $49 for Floppy disks and goes up from
there.
- Data Recovery Diagnosis:
Diagnose a single storage device. The initial fee is $49 for
Floppy disk. $99 for memory sticks and $99 for Hard Drives. This
diagnosis fee is non-refundable. The diagnosis phase will allow
us to evaluate the condition of the device. If data recovery can
be performed without a clean room repair, the following rate
structure applies:
- Floppy disk recovery: $49 per disk (includes diagnosis)
- Memory stick / Flash Drive recovery $99 (includes diagnosis)
- Standard Recovery for Hard Drive (Non-Raid single Disc) $225 (Includes Diagnosis)
- Advanced Recovery for Hard Drive (Includes Electronic
Replacement for Non-Raid single Disc) $325
- Express service is available for $100 per Hard disc and $50
for flash drive. Your diagnosis will be started the day it is
received at our office.
- Clean room repair may be required on some recovery jobs. If
the internal electronics or components are damaged, clean room
repair may be required to recover data. Any job requiring clean
room repair will be quoted after initial diagnosis by Bray
technologies.
- RAID Array - call for quote! Varies based on Operating
system and RAID level
- Tape Drive Media Recovery - Call!
Shipping and media charges are additional and will be quoted
after diagnosis. The rates above are estimated and may vary
depending on your configuration and data recovery time frame
required.
Payment for the diagnosis is required when the device is submitted.
If data can be recovered you will be required to pay for recovery at the
time of approval. Please provide as much detail as possible with your
request.
