475-1777. We support many programs and issues not listed in the product /
service selection list. Please provide as much detail as possible to
help us prepare for your support session. This will save you money and
time! We appreciate your business and always take your problem
seriously.
We have non disclosure documents posted in our "Forms / Documents"
link on this web site. We always recommend backing up your data prior to
having a support session. We are a data recovery company and always
attempt to keep your data safe.
Sometimes data can be damaged during a virus and spyware cleanup, or
hard drive damage repair or support session. Bray Technologies Inc is
not responsible for data loss during a support session.
Remote Support Rates:
Remote support for Workstations running windows 95, 98, ME, 2000
and XP is $50 per 30 Minutes of support. Simple problems can usually be resolved in
30 minutes. Virus
clean up averages 1 to 2 hours. These are only estimates and can
vary based on your situation.
Remote server support for windows servers is
$50 per 30 minute increments or $100 per hour.
Visa, Mastercard and Discover are methods of payment.
